The Biodynamic Land Trust seeks a Communications & Engagement Officer to help develop the promotion of its activities, engage with membership, farmers and partners, help increase the farmland under trusteeship and engage with community need. The role will continue to implement the Trust’s vision to protect and secure land for biodynamic community-connected farming.

Key areas of the role are responsibility for:
- Developing and maintaining communications and relationships with partners
- Promoting the Trust through marketing, social media, articles and events
- Member and supporter engagement
- Exploring and developing new opportunities for farm and land connection and potential acquisition under the direction of the Land Project Manager
15 hours per week pro rata of Salary of £28,275 FTE for a 37.5 hour week – mainly home working with some travel.
