It is good to be working on this great project of saving land for sustainable food growing and organic/biodynamic farming, it feels like such a valuable activity to be involved in. I hope you feel the same and that is why you have shares in the BDLT.
Over the last year we have put some news items in the BDA newsletter and Star & Furrow magazine which many of you will have seen, however as some members will not have had that opportunity we will put revised versions on our website too. It is great to see the number of enquiries and potential projects that are coming our way and the increasing awareness across the country of the need for land for sustainable farming at affordable rates for growers and farmers.
This year we are planning the AGM for Saturday 6th September, at Emerson College & Tablehurst Farm in Forest Row, Sussex. We will run the AGM alongside a workshop and farm walk for members and friends; we will also have the Ecodynamic CBS AGM on the same day for those that are also involved in that activity. So please put the date into your diary and we hope you will plan to join us.
See below for the day’s agenda.
